Excellent organization of volunteers & staff. Fast, friendly and well-organized COVID vaccination location. They do keep a watchful eye afterwards to ensure you’re not having side-effects, promote technology for after-checks/ follow-up & 2nd vaccination reminders plus super efficient! The UT task force of volunteers is super- impressive!

The staff was awesome and the facility is beautiful: brand new, easy to navigate (unlike most medical office buildings), and very clean. I saw Chiquita Laird and she was so nice!! They also have iPads for your paperwork which makes life so much easier (especially for a person with terrible handwriting). Lastly, they have a lab onsite which is so convenient. The blood draw I got was probably the least painful I've ever experienced!

The woman I spoke with on the phone a few months ago scheduled my appointment on a weekend. They are CLOSED on weekends. This appointment is the last one I need to get my wrist surgery and I’ve been waiting months for this appointment. It’s frustrating that she made a careless mistake and this is taking a toll on my life. I haven’t been able to work due to my wrist pain so I was looking forward to this appointment so I could be closer to working again. Now I have to wait a few more months AGAIN. This is ridiculous.

I came here for pain management. I specifically requested an MRI due to neck pain & possible spinal injury. They refused, prescribed me Gabapentin, gave me some stretches, did some chiropractic popping, and gave me a therapist for mindfulness for chronic pain. It was honestly horrifying. Here I was, trying to get treated, and I wasn’t being believed or cared for in a meaningful way. Years later, I am still in pain. I go to an actual physiatrist (NOT at this location), get referred to get an MRI done, and I have bulging discs and cervical lordosis.. I’m on anti-inflammatories now. I have had trigger points injections done to help relieve pain. That is treatment. I have tapered off the Gabapentin. I may need further injections and physical therapy. If the people at this clinic had just listened to me and believed me, I could have been receiving treatment years ago. Find somewhere else more reputable and genuine.
