Picked up my dog from his grooming appointment this past weekend and I’m extremely disappointed. They did not listen to any of what I wanted done, despite having been very specific and showing them a picture. Parts of his hair were shaved (even though I specifically asked them not to shave him) so close to the skin that it left it red and raw. The top of his head is uneven. The list goes on and on. Also asked them to use the specific shampoo I brought since my dog has a skin allergy and can tell they ignored that. In addition, this place is outrageously expensive. I normally take my dog to a different Woof Gang location where they do a fantastic job for half the price. Would never take my dog to this location ever again.

This spot is fantastic! What a fun place to go and spoil your pups with awesome homemade treats! Staff was super friendly, and there are SO many options to choose from. Cookies, cakes, dog biscuits, you name it, they have it. We used to shop at the big chain pet stores for treats, but we will definitely come here from now on. My dog is a picky eater, but he loved everything we picked up for him here!

Went in today to buy my dog a cake. Was helped immensely staff was very friendly and very helpful so pleased with my purchases my dog is also very happy with the two small cake slices he was allowed to have.
