I called first thing this morning with what I thought was an issue with my D850 bayonet mount causing my large prime lens to flex slightly at the mount connection (no issues with focus etc, only the flexing which I thought was an excessively loose fit). Spoke to Jason, their technician, who asked that I come in so he could check the camera and lens. 1 hour later (including travel time) Jason confirmed that the flexing/looseness was perfectly normal, especially after using a large heavy prime over a long period of time. This service is exceptional!! Want to thank APS and Jason for their excellent customer service.
