Would rate 0 stars but not an option Alex is a horrible person to buy a car from he sells lemons i bought a car from him he reset the computer and the check engine light came on the next day he refused to fix the issues so I took it to my mechanic who than informed me he sold it to me with a bad Maryland State Inspection take your money else where. He was not willing to make things right. He sells faulty vehicles and runs a run down dealership. He gets over on women, foreign people , and young people. He was disrespectful to me and treated me with no reguard.

Do not buy here. In January 2020, Alex at AutoMax tried to sell me a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee (VIN 1J4GW48SX2C242963) that would not pass Maryland State Vehicle Inspection. Attached are photos of failed inspection report. Basically, nothing on the Jeep passed inspection. Not surprisingly, the same Jeep is still listed for sale on their web site as of June 2020.

I purchased a vehicle from here that turned out to have a million issues. So far we have almost replaced everything on this car. If they show you a folder stating this is what they fixed on the car don’t believe them. Ask to see the folder. The car looks good on the inside and out but after 3 washes the paint job they did is gone. Also was told the car wasn’t in an accident. Wrong. We have to buy tires every two weeks because they can’t do an alignment because the frame is bent. This is the worst dealership I have ever used. PLEASE DON’T PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE. They purchase salvage cars clean them up and do whatever they can to make it last before the warranty is over, Remember you can’t return the car. That alone says it all. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
