I’m very grateful for sales rep Pete calling and emailing me to let me know my perfect truck was available after inquiring on Auto Trader. Pretty typical dealership experience overall but I was happy to see them taking the pandemic seriously for the most part seeing as I don’t have time to be getting sick and laid up. Things went about as smooth as they could waiting on financing and they were cool enough to let me leave my old van overnight so I could drive my new beast home and surprise my kiddo. After years of driving beaters it was pretty refreshing to be able to swing through on a Friday afternoon and go home with a reliable vehicle that they had performed important maintenance on.

Found a Beautiful F150. I was excited to be getting a new truck but felt a little hesitant after taking her for a test drive. it handled a little different then what I was used to and I was a little concerned about the transmission shifting. They had one of their technicians check it out and they said it was fine. I still wasn't sure, so they had one of the managers come talk to me and asked what it would take. I expressed that I was hoping for a little more out of my trade in. They said they couldn't do any more, and I understood that it was in rough shape. They asked what else they could do, so I asked about pricing on the truck, and they said they couldn't do anything there either. I really needed a new vehicle so I went ahead and bought it. Two days later she was leaking oil in my garage. I messaged my salesman and he said he would have someone contact me within the hour. Two days after that I messaged him again and said I hadn't heard anything yet but maybe I had missed the call the day before. No responce. I took care of the leak and I love the truck, not real sure I'll go back though.

This was my first time here. Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Tony was very nice, pleasant, personable and upbeat. My wait was a little less than thought, always a plus. So far nothing negative to say. Thanks you guys.
