I went in to \look\ at the new 2021 Ford F250 SuperDuty trucks. I was met by Kirk who took me out and showed me what I needed to see. He even pulled one out of line so I could open the doors and inspect the truck. The price was reasonable so I decided to go in and \play the game\. My biggest complaint is having to spend 4 hours there playing the back-and-forth game. Kirk was great. He was very knowledgeable about the products and the procedures and help get me through the game as quickly as possible. The dealership was clean and organized. They had a great selection of vehicles and friendly staff. In the end, I walked out with my brand new F250 Diesel truck that is within my budget.

Had a great car buying experience at AutoNation Ford. I had been working with other dealerships trying to find the right new ford 150 for the right price, and I had one that I was interested in here at AutoNation. The other dealerships were playing their sales games to bait me to the dealership and then switch when they increase the price for all these add ons, and would not honor the sales prices, or would significantly undervalue my trade in. Paul with AutoNation Ford shot it to me straight. He was incredibly transparent and worked with me as well as his sales manager Richard who was equally kind and pleasant to work with. They worked with me to get the out the door price I was looking for and I was waiting for some kind of catch. There wasn't any... They gave me 3500 more than what the other dealers offered for my trade in. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful from the service rep who pointed me in the right direction to find where I was going, to the finance manager Hugo, I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. I was out the door in about 3 hours start to finish. Paul saw the entire process through until the moment that I left the lot. Thank you AutoNation Ford! You will be receiving my referrals!

I bought my Truck from them a month ago . My salesman Zachary Graham was awesome. They have so many nice vehicles . I found a GMC online that I loved and went in to test drive . I also traded in my vehicle .Zachary was more than happy to get the deal done for me fast. I did have a issue with my truck and took it back to them and they fixed it with no problems and no charge to me. They also gave me a loner vehicle while they repaired mine. They are professional and have great customer service and are true to the price and their warranty . I love my Truck. Thanks Zach. The service Dept at Chevrolet AutoNation did the service on my truck and the service manager Jonathan was awesome . He kept me informed about my vehicle at all times . Very Happy with my purchase.
