TOTAL LIARS. I explained that I needed to pay off my balances BEFORE they ran my credit, they said it was a "soft inquiry". Told us didn't matter "they understand". So they did did a HARD inquiry and then decided my credit score was too low to even LOOK at a house. WOULDN'T TRUST THEM....beware buyer!!
