I am so impressed with the service and friendliness of Sissons Flowers! They made sure that the flowers weren't left out in the cold and waited to ensure they were brought inside. Also, the hand-written thank you note was so kind. And, of course, the flowers were gorgeous. I highly recommend Sissons!

I live in Indiana, and ordered flowers for a friend in Ohio, not knowing anything about Sissons Flowers. Not only were they spectacular and delivered on time, I received a handwritten thank you from this amazing florist! Wow! Talk about impressive! Thank you Michelle, and if the opportunity arises again, I will most definitely call this shop. I highly recommend them!

This florist truly understands taking care of the client! On Thursday, I ordered flowers for a dear friend who recently had surgery. On Friday, while in conversation with my friend, I asked if she had received any deliveries. She hadn't received anything. I called Sissons and spoke to Michelle, and told her about the issue. When we reviewed the order, we discovered the street number was transposed and the flowers were delivered to the wrong home. Michele sent another arrangement free of charge, without questioning who was in error. It makes me sad that the neighbor who received the flowers did not have the honesty or integrity to give them to my friend. That is the complete opposite of Sissons, who had the integrity to care about their client's experience and remedy the situation. The arrangement was stunning! Thank you Sissons!!

I’m leaving a star out because the experience at pick up was lackluster. The flowers were excellently done, beautiful to look at, and smelled amazing. A perfect gift for the grieving loved ones in our life who just lost their father. When arriving for pick up, we got out of the car to check the door for a sign to figure out if we needed to call for them to be brought out, or if we could enter with masks and pick them up from inside. Someone came out and yelled at us for getting out of our car, then just dropped our flowers off on the sidewalk without so much of a side glance. No where on the website, or on our confirmation email, did it state that we must call to pick up our order, and the woman handling us was not all that pleasant. Normally this doesn’t bother me, but after the very unexpected loss of a loved one, and a stressful day figuring out how to handle gifts and arrangements, the attitude we received while picking up our sympathy flowers was unneeded. Great quality of work on the flowers, but the customer service has a bit left to be desired.
