Awesome spot for all your sub sandwich needs. Food is always fresh and delicious. Great selections and options for everyone with fair prices and ideal portions. Don't make the same mistake I did by trying a different local place with a firetruck logo, you'll be disappointed. Needless to say Jersey Mike's is the only way to go, and don't forget to try it Mike's way. Keep up the awesome work!

Placed an online order and when I came to pick up they had no white bread, no lettuce, no tomatoes, or onions so I decided I would rather get refunded. They have 2 kids working with no management and couldn't do it. I felt that was unacceptable and wanted a manager on the phone. The kid is on the phone with the manager trying to walk him through the refund process for 30 minutes. Now no refund and no food. Horrible service all together.
Love their subs and the Mike's way toppings. Reasonable prices, even on catering and they let you mix the subs. Everyone was happy!!
Finally found the store, after cruising the lot at least 3 times. Sign was out! Phone was out! I left! I mean talk about business killer! Had to call the business next door to them to make sure JMS was open before I drove over for the second time. The employees inside while cordial, though they seemed a bit lethargic. I mean teens today! Whatever, but this place is supposed to be repping NJ! I am from Newark, NJ, originally. Subs are pretty good. Not as good as Orig NJ, though!
