If you’re looking for someone to build you a roadmap for achieving your ideal body type, Dubs is your guy. With Dubs’ consultation on meal-planning and workout guidelines, I saw results 5 days after my start date. He quickly identified the mistakes I was making with my current diet and exercise habits and tweaked them to match my goals. He not only prescribed me a meal plan and workout schedule, but also continued to reach out via text to provide support and encouragement — on his own time. BaB Personal Training is excellent!

I have worked 3x weekly with Benjamin for the past few weeks. Benjamin has addressed cardio, strength training, flexibility and balance. He has been very conscientious about safety and recognizing my personal physical strengths and weaknesses while pushing me just the right amount to maximize my fitness, while using challenging workouts for low equipment settings. He has also been good about providing, at my request - nutrition, and hydration guidance. I have been very happy with him. He’s professional, always on-time, knowledgeable and motivating!
