I really wanted to like this place, but after building a play set in the store and picking exactly what I wanted, they brought out a completely different play set and installed it without my permission. Once I realized I didn’t get what I paid for and reached out to the store, they told me they had to change it because they weren’t able to install what I had been promised. I guess they feel that’s their right. Be careful what you pay for!!

We needed new cushions for our deck furniture. When I searched for a vendor of our brand of furniture, Backyard Adventures came up. I met with Gail and went through all of the options. It was a pleasure working with her—she made the process very easy! The cushions came in right on schedule and were absolutely perfect. I always thought of Backyard Adventures for their play equipment but they have great patio and deck furniture as well as accessories too!!!
I’m not one to write a review but Backyard Adventures is more than deserving of this! Since day one, they’ve been nothing but the best to us. Knowledgeable, prompt, kind and professional. Gail went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our patio furniture set and didn’t bat an eye at resolving an issue. They’ve gained a customer for life!
