Failed to respond to two requests to explain their fee to move a trampoline purchased from them several years ago. Received a call demanding payment of the invoice they never sent or \we will take you off our schedule.\ Fortunately, another local dealer was happy to outline their cost and schedule our move.

A great experience all around, from the first time contacting Backyard, through the final invoice! The playground was put up very quickly and professionally. Highly recommend working with them. We will do so again if/when we do another project!

We love our swing set!! We have played on it everyday since it was installed a week ago, even during a super cold day. Josiah was very helpful and kind. The swing set is strong and sturdy and I feel confident that we will be playing on it for many years. It was more expensive than we planed to spend but now that we have it I feel that it was worth spending the extra money.
