There is something shady going on here. They provided two pieces of equipment upon my hospital discharge. No problem. I’ve received bills every month since indicating I am “self pay” which has never been correct. I’ve called them three times to give them my Medicare information and they’ve said “thank you, we’ll bill them”. I continue to get bills for the overpriced walker and commode they provided me. I guess they think I’ll just pay the inflated bill. I also never received a wheelchair my doctor ordered (twice.). I ended up getting one from Walmart. I guess Medicare goes not reimburse them at the inflated price they desire.

BEWARE! The clinical staff and the finance staff don't tell you the same information. Since the clinical staff is your touch point you get told things that don't always work with the finance people. This makes the finance people look cruel and the clinical staff look like liars - and while I'm not sure either is true, when you get different stories you don't have much recourse. It stands to reason that a medical device company that is massively subsidized by Medicare should be under better scrutiny than that. The fact that this is the ONLY provider our insurance will take makes me want to just pay cash elsewhere. I have no experience with these jokers pre-Ballad, but I know me and my family won't ever be going back for anything. Their prices are outrageous, too. Do yourself a favor and check out Amazon or any other online retailer before dealing with Mediserve. At least there the prices are listed up front and no one will lie to you about the way things work.

I am so thankful to the respiratory department from Mediserve in Gray, TN. Each therapist has been so knowledgeable in explaining the machine and treatment for my father. They contact the Doctors for us. I can actually say that this company employees have helped my father and us have a better life.

I was discharged from the hospital on oxygen. Mediserve brought my portable oxygen tank to me, while I was still in the hospital waiting for discharge. They also delivered an oxygen concentrator to my home at 7:30 pm. Excellent customer service. I would recommend this company to everyone.
