Stopped in today to have some help with a project and get some handlebars taped. Awesome service. Desiree was hilarious and beyond helpful. These people know how to make you feel at home.

I only need to visit a bike shop about once a year, and I always pick this one over any other. Every time seem to be helped by the same employee, a tall brunette female, and she's GREAT! She is always so helpful and I can tell she truly loves bikes. She has helped me get some small repairs on my bike and to sell a bike. As someone who is not a serious bike enthusiast, I always feel comfortable and welcomed in this shop.
These guys are absolutely amazing. They're the most helpful individuals and probably the quickest at doing whatever they need to do in order to fix the customer's problem. They also let you know if there is something wrong with any other part of the bike other than what you went there for. They also recommend fixes that would be beneficial. I was helped by an old guy and a young muscular guy. Both were incredibly respectful and nice. Thank you guys very much!
The tall female employee is extremely helpful and unimposing. I stopped in for new brakes, and even though they were out of stock, she dug in the back and found some very lightly used ones and let me have them for free. Also had a great conversation (that turned into a purchase I'm very happy with) about bike locks with the older mustachio'd man who works here. Great little spot.
Got back into riding again after losing 110 pounds! Bought my bike here got a great deal and they fit it in my budget! Since then I bent cog in the cassette I'm sure it was my fault some how lol although it wasn't part of the warranty they fixed it anyway! Super knowledgeable fixed my bike in about an hour. Their customer service is awesome. No complaints about this place at all. I won't go anywhere else.....
Been there once ages ago, but now the hours are wrong and they've been closed the last few times I went by. Closed pretty much any time it would be convenient to go to a bike shop.
I was in need of some repairs/replacement parts after getting rear-ended while my bike was hanging off the back of my car. Desiree (sp?), the tall woman who works there, was incredibly informative, and endlessly helpful, getting a new rear wheel in a slightly uncommon size (27 x 1 1/4 road), new crankset and chainring (an exact replacement for my old one), new rear derailleur, new pedals, and a new cable, all installed under a tight time-crunch, for a VERY reasonable price. I will definitely be returning whenever I need bike parts or accessories (like some new shoes), no doubt about it. Thank you so much! Keep up the great work!
I did my first business with them at the first of 2013, buying a new 2011 base Sirrus leftover with a discount. The bike itself has been a an excellent ride, The support for the bike is excellent-I've only have had to had it in for the complementary tuneup tune-up after 60 riding days. Recently I purchased a second-hand Catrike recumbent trike. Many bike shops don't seem to fool with recumbents, but Tom welcomed it when I brought it in for some adjustments. My timing was rotten, with Tom informing me most of the staff was out for a trade show- and with him having a stacked week it might take a bit longer to get to it. That was fine with me, as I left it on a Monday. I was delighted when I got a call on the following Thursday letting me know it was ready- and the bill was most reasonable.I got some pointers on the riding of the trike as well. I'm a happy and loyal customer now.
