I dropped off my bike on Sept 25, 2020 for some work. I just picked it up April 9, 2021. That's 169 days! I was told numerous times that it would be ready only to be lied to time and time again. When I was told that it was finally ready, I asked if some kind of compensation could be made for them having my bike for almost 7 months? Nope. Nada. I drive 109 miles to get there and the motor has been fixed but nothing had been done about the blinker not working. So now that part is on back order. The day before I went to pick it up, I was told that they would have it washed and detailed and ready for me when I got there. That hadn't been done either. So I was told to wait 10 or 15 minutes while they washed it. 30 minutes later, I'm still waiting. Finally they bring it around to load up and it still hadn't been cleaned up. Poor, poor customer service in my opinion. After spending 4635.21, one would think my business would be appreciated. It certainly didn't feel like it.

This dealership is always worth stopping in for a quick look or to pick up anything that is Harley. They have a huge selection of gear and swag, but even a bigger selection of new and used bikes. It always has that Harley community feel inside and out. They are constantly doing or planning events. I go to EPT about once a month and I have to stop in here and Chico’s Tacos while I am there.

What can I say about HARLEY DAVIDSON... best place to shop for motorcycles and apparel. I bought some boots, pant and a shirt! You can also buy silver jewelry! Which is what I love. If you now about HARLEY DAVIDSON then you know it is all about quality.

I always enjoy a trip to the far away Harley-Davidson dealer in El Paso, TX. Paul my sales man is very good at his job and is a completely pressure free. He is there to assist you with all questions and make you feel completely in control. Paul understands it is a big decision and it is one you should take your time with, knowing a purchase of new HD bike is like being home your first born from the hospital. You can make sure Paul will be there to greet you there after at every oil change service. I am a repeat customer and always call ahead to be sure Paul will be working that day so I can visit with him and banter about my adventures!!! X2 thumbs up!
