I live in Vergennes which is a good distance from Barre. I tried for months to find someone to come and repair the gas oven in our 3 year old FiveStar combination range. I must have made 25 phone calls all around and Tatro's was the only one that agreed to come. They did a fantastic job!

I do not recommend this company. The compressor broke in my fairly new wine refrigerator. I contacted them based on the recommendation of the company that sold me the fridge. It took several calls to make the service appointment, they did not arrive when they said they would arrive, they stayed for five minutes once they did arrive and told me what I already knew (that the compressor was kaput) and charged me 147. Then, no one got back to me to tell me what the cost of the fix would be. I called back twice. The second time I was told the cost--twice what I paid for the fridge. 147 down the drain. No value for what I paid.

Tatro's, Mark Tatro and The Tatro's staff are so patient and kind. I value the service and professionalism that is displayed every time i go in. They have fixed my parent refrigerator, washer and dryer multiple times and have always charged fair prices and treat each customer with dignity and respect. They went well out of their way to make sure my parents had what they needed.

My dryer broke down and as a single mom I rely on my washer and dryer to make sure my son has all the clean clothes and linens he needs. Tatros was articulate as to what the problem was and was able to order the needed right form their warehouse. Tatros staff and technicians were very polite even though you could tell they are very busy office. They took the time to get to know my name and show me the model break down of my exact appliance which I thought was kickass. I love tatros and would highly recommend.
