Delivered the next day by a very courteous installer who was knowledgeable and quick. Cleaned up after his self and carted the old unit for us with no additional charge. Copeland Appliances went above and beyond both times we have dealt with them. Their prices are competitive, the sales staff is also the owners and they are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They deliver outside the city limits and the delivery/instillation personnel are fast, efficient and very professional. Don't drive to Tulsa when we have such a great appliance store right here in Bartlesville.
