I bought the Ride Insanos from Basin in size 10 they were a bit to small. No worries, Madison hooked it up I just sent them back got the 11s. Some places it’s such a hassle to return online items if they don’t fit. Great customer service. I appreciate you guys, size 11 fit perfect!

Had a pair of boots that I bought elsewhere fitted by Kurt and I can’t say enough good things. He was professional, friendly, and explained the mechanics of what he was doing throughout. The boots fit perfectly and the experience at basin was convenient and enjoyable. Thanks Kurt!!

The staff was incredibly helpful with properly setting up my snowboard and bindings that were not balanced. Their knowledge and helpfulness made for a much better day on the mountain.
