Went to here just 3 weeks after buying my 2014 GMC Terrain at 1 of their other dealerships, for the engine light being on. They told me it was the catalytic converter. After going a few rounds and waiting until the next day to find out, they tell me it is not covered by my extended warranty. I now have an expensive yard ornament while I save up the 1400 to get it fixed. This is rediculus that it breaks down before I ever make a first payment.

I Went to Baumann Chevrolet because the key fob to my 2012 C hevrolet Cruze was broken. This was the 3rd one to break due to a manufacturing flaw. The guy at the service desk WAS NOT at all interested in the fact that there is a flaw. I asked him to order me a new key. He handed me a paper and said,\ it should be in Tuesday\ I tried to pay and was too old to pay at the cashier window. On Tuesday I waited all day for a call. At 3pm I called them. I was told my key was in and I could pick it up before 5pm.I drove my daughter's car to go pick up the key. AFTER I got there I was told I could not pick it up without the car being there because it had to be programmed.i asked why he didn't tell me this when I called and he just shrugged. I then drove 22 miles round trip to swap cars. When I got back all he had ordered for me was a key fob, not the key I asked to order.i asked why he didn't order the key as I had asked and he informed me that in order to order a key Iwould need to prove that the car was really mine!!!!!! I have never been treated so rudely in any car dealership in my life.Due to this RUDE salesman I will never buy another Chevy. I will ride a bicycle rather than have to deal with such rudeness from a business again.

This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from Baumann. I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees within that organization. I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend them to any friends or family.

Took my truck in to remove the rear door open alert from coming on and after I washed the truck after getting home took the truck out that evening and the rear door not locked came on again! So much for door striker adjustment! Going to try Craig Smith Auto here in Galion Oh!

the staff was super nice. they worked with me to get the car i loved at a payment i could afford. i went to 2 car lots the previous weekend and they werent friendly or helpful. but the staff ay baumann were awesome to work with. i would definately recommend
