As a salesperson Will was pretty good. He showed us the unit we wanted o see, then he showed us a unit we thought we wanted to see and then he showed us exactly what we wanted to see. It was brand new. We bought it. We made arrangements with the finance person to pick it up the next week. When we got there, it appeared no one knew we were coming. So they told us it would be two hours plus, before the unit was ready! Oh boy, that’s unexpected. And when I reminded them we needed the hitch taken off the old camper and put on the new one for towing they told me I would have to pay extra for that service. I guess they got me on that, and it cost me an additional 100 bill, disappointing added expense. The manager did offer us to use his car, to go have lunch. We just walked to a local restaurant. When I went to purchase things at the store, they could not find my name as a member for discounts. I offered to pay full price, but the young lady behind the register took care of things She found the name was spelled incorrectly, corrected it and got us our discount. Highlight of the day, was when the technician showed us around the camper to make sure we understood what everything did and he did a fine job. Once we got home, we went through things inside the camper. There were some dirty fingerprints inside the drawers, most likely from that young technician. But my biggest concern was that we didn’t get a remote control that should have been provided for us. It’s been almost 3 weeks since our purchase and we have not seen that remote control. The question would be,Would we go back to that location? The end result is that we have gotten everything we have asked for. With the exception of the remote control, which I am told is on order for us. How can I be upset with that!

We stopped in to gander mountain on a whim. I found a lot of super cute clothes. We also toured some RVs and ice castles which were incredible. We decided to join and be a member and save a lot of money. A very pleasant experience. Is highly recommend checking out the new Gander. Look how much money you save becoming a member for only 29 a year and you get a 10 coupon when you join.

Budget was flexible unknown to her if it was the right camper. It was the first one she showed us. The rest in our range could not compare.
