Michelle Hamilton and the entire staff were very friendly. We had spoke with her prior about trading our Tahoe in and purchasing a suburban, when we got there she had our Tahoe appraised while we took the suburban for a test drive. The paperwork process was smooth and quick and the finance manager Sean Webb was quick and proficient and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need/want. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Great experience and I will be referring all my friends and family here. Todd Schulze was my salesman and made my experience great. I was not treated like a customer that someone was trying to make a commission off of, like some other dealerships, and all of employees were helpful with information on my new vehicles features as well with incentives that they were offerings the time. I believe that the finance office was very fair with my offer and I was happy we could make a great deal. They gave me top dollar for my trade-in and didn’t try to low ball me like some other dealerships. In the end I am very pleased with my new vehicle, the great deal I got, and all of the hospitality I was offered at Bayside Chevy.

I'm a long time customer of Bayside Chevrolet and I must say. I will never buy a car from them again and I'm very skeptical about their service department. Cars are overpriced and service department always adding other things on to maintenance problem. They never fix your original problem. They are the closest dealership to where I live. I will start going to Waldorf Chevrolet dealership or Annapolis for maintenance problems. I don't believe they diagnose cars correctly. Every problem doesn't require a check engine light. You leave with a feeling of \I just got taken again\. If they listen to there CUSTOMERS more and stop trying to OVERCHARGE for everything, they would be okay. Customer Service gets 2.5 out of 5 , that's all departments at Bayside Chevrolet. Don't buy a Chevrolet or Toyota in Calvert County from Bayside Chevrolet / Toyota. It's 25% cheaper else where. I'm going to try service dept. at the Buick dealership, it has to be better than Chevrolet/Toyota.
