I first came to PDX fencing because my husband wanted to give it a try. I figured it was something fun that we could try together, but didn’t expect to fall in love with the sport. Fencing has helped to keep me focused, my mind alert and taught me valuable lessons in patience, strategy and is also a great stress alleviator— especially after a long day at work! The PDX team has become a true family, and a second home to me.
PDX Fencing is an amazing community of coaches and teammates. They will introduce you to the dynamic sport of saber fencing and develop you to your best potential at your own pace. Classes for youth to adults of all ages. Anyone looking for a new way to stay physically and mentally fit, check out saber fencing at PDX Fencing. They loan all beginner equipment free, and rates for membership and monthly classes is extremely reasonable for the quality of the lessons. From day one you will train with world-class instructors who treat you like family. It could change your life!
