Me and my father came here to buy some beds, the guy was super nice and funny, we did all the paper and the guy said I will give you a call, he also gave us a phone number that was supposedly his and we ended up calling because he did not call us and it was the wrong phone number.We went to the store and talk to the same person and he said he put up the price around 1000 dollars more.Then he asked if we could make a down payment for the beds,and before that he said we didn’t need to put any money on the beds till we got them

When I first applied here, it was a bit complicated because my credit wasn't all that great. I had to put a down payment of 700!! For a 3000 Bedroom set. Fortunately I paid that off in no time. Unfortunately the second time I went to apply I was deny because their credit policies have changed. Now it's not store credit you apply through. It's through a bank. That's a big no no over all, they have very elegant furniture, expensive but worth it

Nice furniture, great prices on sale items. Customer service poor called with a problem covered under warranty in November, still waiting ..mmm called again they had me fax pictures of problems again... 1st report was in Sept 2019 now Jan 2020 no response still broken frame
