If you want to hire the best, stop messing around, read this review, then read the other reviews and hire these guys. James and his crew are extremely good. I did a LOT of research looking around for the right company to help me bring my home theatre design to life. James was very responsive and helpful leading up to the install. I also had them order exactly what I wanted. They scheduled a date to install, came on time, and efficiently knocked out a pretty large project in 1.5 days. Highly professional and helpful. They made sure everything was perfect, wires were organized and labeled. James also made some adjustment to some of the management hardware to better fit the situation. I am extremely happy with their service and installation quality.

We moved into our current home in 2004 and had Eastside AV set up our home theater system. Bryan Levy was wonderful to work with and provided superior customer service follow up whenever there was an issue with the system. This year we remodeled the house and installed a new home theater and audio system. The new equipment from the television to invisible speakers installed above the kitchen island in the ceiling are amazing. We watched the new Wonder Woman movie as a family last night and it was as good as being in the theater. Emet Ward, as Bryan's successor as the owner, provides the same level of customer service and product knowledge, as our family has come to expect from Eastside AV as the premier company in its space in the Seattle metropolitan area.
I got a home-theater set-up done at my new house in Dec 2020. I usually do not post reviews, but I am so happy with the setup and the personalized customer service, that I decided to write this review. When I decided to get a home-theater install at my home, I researched a lot on internet. I realized that there are various options/nuances and its better to go with professional considering one time investment instead of DIY or handyman. The equipment's cost money and its better to have professionals handle it to get actual theater affect. I got quotes from a lot of companies, but most of them were very expensive and not flexible on choice of equipment. Emet gave me the best quote and I really like how he was flexible in my choice of equipment while also providing me his recommendations. He guided me with where to invest and where to cut down on cost. The final installation was awesome and in my budget. Also, one thing to callout his is super helpful team. I had some \beginner issues\ with handling the equipment and they were super helpful in coming down to my house and addressing my concerns. Overall a great experience.
I highly recommend Eastside AV. This was not our first rodeo with AV specialists for design and installation work - but was definitely our best experience. When we first contacted EAV, I let them know that we had a good deal of equipment we wanted to use. They stuck with us throughout never pushing toward unnecessary replacements or upgrades. To optimize what we had, they added value in strengthening our network infrastructure using Ethernet connectivity where possible. They also made sure the remote programming was consistent with how we wanted to use the equipment. The lead installer James is great to work with. Along with technical expertise he is a great listener and always in tune with customer priorities making for not only a good experience, but also a great result. His team members were thorough and great to work with. For future work I will be a return customer.
High quality services and great communication. The project was completed on schedule and looks and sounds better than expected!!
