Lost my cat a week ago and picked up his remains today . It was a stressful process for us as far as cremation . But Mr Tom and Mr Doug helped us through it all . They were very patient with us , they understood the grieving process ,and Mr Doug sat down and listened to our stories we wanted to share about our pet. We had Thomasina for 22 years and it was very hard for us to go through this but they treated us like family and made us so comfortable with everything !I would like to thank you both for helping us through this difficult time and comforting us when we had no place to turn and thank you for all you have done for Thomasina so we could bring him home I would recommend daisy hill pet cremation services to anyone!!!! The two gentlemen Doug and Tom are beyond kind and caring to work with, very softspoken and loving. We have used this facility with three dogs and each time I have noticed upgrades to the intake portion. We have been treated with amazing understanding and acceptance during a time when we have been overwhelmed with sadness and grief.
