I was new Wisconsin and wanted to find the best company in the refrigeration industry and determined it wasn't even a close call. Benedict is by far the best choice. There knowledgeable staff and amazing technicians will help you with all your hvacr needs. They are well adapted to perform any task from the largest cold storage to your family restaurants single door refrigerator. This companies satisfaction rating says it all.

Very impressed with the work Mitchell did. I have a cooler that started having some temperature problems, it was our main cold table which is an essential piece of equipment to keep our restaurant functioning. Ultimately it ended up being the evaporator coil that was leaking coolant and couldn’t be repaired but thankfully Mitchell was able to add more coolant to get the unit up and running. He was also able to explain that the compressor was starting to fail as well and suggested we look into just cutting our losses and looking into a whole new cold table versus repairing the existing one. I also just have to say kudos to Kathy in the office. She is always so personable every time we call and gets someone out right away to take care of our issues.

be carefull with these guys they rip me off . they are professional thief's. they count time from they left last location to you, means you paying them meanwhile they are on the road too and even they add truck charges too. and one other thing the part they put it in my refrigerator was 95.29 with free shipping (online) and they charge me 206.88 for that same part I wouldn't even give them 1 star but there is no other option save your self from them

Sales guy was nice, repair guys were nice but couldn't find the problem, and quoted less of a price than what they actually made me pay. I bought a "new" one from their back room. It was there on a scratch and dent deal. The sales guy said it had a year warantee. They cashed my check then called the night before the delivery and said it only had a 30 day warantee and there was nothing they could do, but they were really sorry. The owner called me and explained that he had been on vacation for a couple weeks...couple weeks... and said he didn't have time to train his sales staff and there was nothing he could do. HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME TO STOP TALKING SO HE COULD TALK. Well then I canceled my order. They sent my money back and the difference in the service guys verbal quote ...with a well written apology letter with a personal attack in the last paragraph. I guess he wanted the last word.

They quoted a price of 900 then it went up before they to 1100. The sales rep said he would send me back any money left over and instead they sent me a bill for another 550. So they missed there bid by almost half. I bought a used unit they had on consignment for another customer. They had sold the condenser from it and then charged me to adapt another unit to fit it. Person I bought it from was Pritty upset as well that they sold parts from her unit.
