Rented from them managing a property here in Roswell NM. Marissa is rude and extremely unprofessional. Some of the other staff were always polite (Melissa) kind and helpful. Marissa doesn't deserve her position there. No business ethics or morals at all. Very slow at getting things done. The ones above her condone her unprofessional behavior. No problem has every been fixed in over 6 months of renting from them.

They don't hold up to their word. When we were told lease is paid up, but got an eviction letter the next day? I think very unprofessional to mislead clients by flat out lying. Also with holding all reasons for eviction to judge on phone court. I suggest just going with a different realtor.
