I've been getting my hair done at bertys for 4 years now and I love her. She gives you great recommendations and if you show her a picture of what you want your hair to look like she will get it done. I went to her when I saw her work on one of my customers and she gave me bertys phone number. Best investment I ever did. The process will take a while but she is very thorough and will get every strand of hair.

I love this place! I've been coming here for about 9 years and Bertha never fails me and my mother. She will be really honest with you if your hair can't handle the heat. Take her advice she knows best I promise. Be prepared, depending on the service you're getting it will take hours and she has a lot of customers that only want her to do their hair. I even bring my daughter for her haircuts And yes it's a bit pricey but I've never walked out of their unhappy.

IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR HAIR. I WANTED TO CHANGE THE COLOR OF MY HAIR FOR MY BIRTHDAY, WHICH WAS A COUPLE OF DAYS.I WENT IN FOR KERATIN AND BLUE HAIR COLOR. TELL ME WHY WHEN SHE IS DONE ITS JOKER GREEN. I WAS THERE FOR 8 HOURS FOR HER NOT TO GET THE COLOR. SHE WAS GOT VERY UPSET WHEN I TOLD HER THAT WAS NOT THE COLOR I WANTED. SHE RUDELY ANSWER I CAN DYE IT BLACK AND LETS START OVER NEXT WEEK. I ANSWERED HER NO THAT WOULD MEAN I WOULD HAVE TO STAY LONGER NEXT TIME. She told me I couldn’t wash my hair for 2 days. WHEN I WASHED MY HAIR THERE WAS CHUNKS OF HAIR FALLING OFF. ONCE I LOOKED IN THE MIRROR I HAD A BIG BALD SPOT ON THE TOP AND TILL THIS DAY MY HAIR FALLS OF LIKE CRAZY. WHEN I LEFT THE SALON MY HAIR WAS BLEEDING EVERYWHERE AND STAINED EVERYTHING. WHEN I CALL HER ABOUT THE ISSUE I AM HAVING SHE STATES SHE WANTS TO SEE ME FACE TO FACE DUE TO ME ASKING FOR A REFUND AND TELLS ME THAT IN GOD I DONT REGRET WHTA I AM DOING. WHEN I SHOW UP TO THE SALON SHE TAKES NE TO A ROOM AND STATES SHE DID NOTHING WRONG AND HER SEEING MY BALD SPOT. SHE DENIED IT ANS STATED NO BODY COULD SEE IT. THE NERVE OF HER OF ONLY RETURING 90.00 after I PAID 310 plus her PRODUCTS for the keratin. NEVER WILL I GO OR RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO THIS SALON.

I wish this was the place I would have continue coming to, but I just can’t!!!!! I’ve been 3 times, my first time it took her over 8 hrs to get my highlights blonde, my neck hurt so bad I needed a professional massage to get my neck popped!!! Second time I just wanted my roots touched up after 3 or so months and she said it was to soon and just added toner for 150, this last time took 5 HRS just to touch of my roots!!!! I was FURIOUS!!!! No reason why touch ups should take this long!!! 200!!!! And that was without blow dry and style! I couldn’t stay any longer! I WILL NOT BE GOING BCK AGAIN!!!
