I got surgery done august 10th was told to see my doctor in 1 week because I live in Oregon and they said they would send me my surgery report to my email I called at 1week post surgery ( 15 attempts later I finally reached someone she said they are emailing them out Thursday and when I called it was a Monday last week ) well I’m 2 weeks out now and I have. Yet to be able to reach anyone again I’ve left 4messages and called them every day and it can’t get ahold of anyone

My experience with dr Chun was awesome. He made sure he told me right from wrong he was able to connect both my tubes. During my surgery staff was great made you feel awesome. I had my surgery on July 20 I have been asking all the staff since July 26 for them to sign my short term disability insurance form so I can get paid for the month I been out of work. No one answers the phone and they total ignore you once they get paid they don’t want to deal with you. So if you need something filled out make sure you get it done prior to the surgery because they will not answer your calls or respond back to your messages you leave. That’s is very unprofessional. I am a mother as well with bills to pay and they do NOT care. Other then that. The surgery went Perfect and I am still healing

I had my procedure done 11/01/19...all went well, staff was friendly. Dr. Chun was very sweet, no issues with him what so ever. I was the first to be seen that day. I can not complain about how my procedure went.

They took my money and didn’t do the procedure. They didn’t run lab test or ultrasound. They just said they weren’t able to do it. Now i have a cut on my abdomen and a 4500 debt.
