I was in store to by something cool for my birthday this year. I stopped at Big Cats main office in Patchogue NY which is near my house. Upon entering I was greeted by two gentleman who were very helpful and knowledgeable. They walked me through the different bikes they carried and the explained the differences between them. They even let me test ride them. After I rode my first bike I was hooked! I told Jose the manager of the store what I wanted. From there he pointed me to the Mini Cat XXL. They had my color in stock and also the fenders that I wanted. Vincent, CEO of Big Cats was present and was nice enough to bring the bike to my house for me after they installed my fenders. No way I was getting it in my Avalon without taking it apart so I was overly appreciative. This bike is top notch. Has everything I was looking for, and in 5 super cold days I already put 50 miles on this bike. So much fun to ride. I have some bike trails by my house and I fly through them on my Mini Cat. Thank you guys for offering such a great product and making this the most memorable birthday for me so far!

This bike rocks! Let me share something with you about my Fat Cat XL E-bike. I live in Northern Vermont, this bike has been through rain, sleet, mud, dirt, snow, rocks, and even my neighbors yard. Its powerful, fast, convenient, and is a sheer pleasure to ride. I use my Bike mostly to get to and from work, it a short little commute of about 4.8 miles. I blast through this in a few minutes, riding both on and off road as Vermont is quite rural even in its city's. Currently I am conquering ice chunks and potholes, snow banks and snowplows with ease. It's not just the bike that makes this such a great item but the service team at Big Cats is where you really win. Every issue or question that I've had from the dreaded Error 32 to simple replacements or accessories, Bike Cats Team of Service Members are professional, kind, easy to talk to, and just a phone call or email away. You Guys are what makes Owning a Big Cat so enjoyable. Thank You for continuing to provide us with your support and product. I look forward to many more years of Big Cat fun. The product is amazing! I never realized that I wanted or needed an electric bike, but now I don't know how I've lived without one for so long. Vinny took great care to show me all of the operational details, and I was up and running...well biking...in just a few minutes. The Big Cat Biria offers the best of all worlds: Fat tires for easier handling and potential beach-biking this summer, and it folds for easier transport and storage. It can really move!! I hit 20mph without breaking a sweat! I look forward to testing the range and terrain options when it gets a little warmer, but I am sure this bike will keep me on the road in the future! Big Cat is the absolute best brand out there for electric bikes. Vincent, along with Jose and the rest of the staff make you feel like family when you walk in his shop. The quality is second to none, and I am really enjoying my BIG CAT- 2021 MINI LBC XXL 750 WATT - STEP THRU! (FAT TIRE) 20 INCH TIRE. There are a lot of choices out there, but you can't go wrong going with this company. Vincent even met me at his shop on his day off so I could pick up my bike. He is a quality owner and person, and this is exactly the type of guy you want to do business with. I can't wait to get another bike for my son. Thank you Big Cat!

This is the best electric bike I have 4200 miles on my bike and I haven’t had to replace anything except for a couple of tires and I’m ready for my next bike everybody in town loves my bike I’ve been riding it for three or four years now
Jose is a real good guy, he was able to get my rad rover in and fixed right away. Don’t hesitate to call these guys for any of you’re e bike needs.
Just bought a Big Cat BARIA 500. All the guys at the shop were great. Vinny, Jose and Pedro were all very helpful and great to hang out with. Jose ultimately helped with the purchase of this bike for my wife. Ordering and delivery were just like I expected. Will probably go back and get myself a Mini XL 750. I highly recommend this bike for the quality and the attention given to each customer.
