The blends we get from Big Diehl are always excellent! They're a perfect way to dial in exactly the level of heat and flavor you want in any dish. They even created 2 custom blends for me to use in bloody marys at my bar! Super down to earth people who value their customers and the superb quality of their products. Highly recommend.

Blended to create various desired flavor sensations. Spicy smoky and sweet. Using different peppers and different amounts of peppers creates many different effects. Now you may ask "Why Big Diehl, would you want to make pepper powder?" Because, its easy to carry and use in any of your favorite dishes.But mostly because I've always loved peppers. My husband has bought several of Big Diehl Peppers' spices, and he loves them. The hotter the better he says. The best part is, not only do you get the heat that spicy food lovers enjoy so much, you also get FLAVOR. Which tends to be hard to find, when you want something to kick up the heat in a dish. Needless to say, Big Diehl Peppers got him hook, line , and sinker from the very first sprinkle he ever used.
