Living in Waikoloa Village Bike Works at the Queens Shops is my go to place for repairs and parts etc. The staff is helpful and competent and I'm glad I don't have to drive to Kona for my cycling repairs and gear. Rich Bell and staff do a great job. Highly recommend!

Awesome shop with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Definitely the place to go if you’re looking to rent something other then a beach cruiser from the hotel. Both bikes were basically new and well maintained.

I went into the bike shop looking for sandals. I was greeted by Ellie, who was very helpful and friendly. Though she was not able to fit me with sandals, she took the time to speak with us and share stories. If you are looking for biking or snorkeling equipment, I highly recommend this store.

Really liked this shop. I was on holiday and wanted to hire a tri bike to ride down the iron-man course to Kona. The staff could not have been more helpful and I ended up with a Cervelo P2. The bike was well maintained and I managed to get 2 rides in on it. Great experience, would do the same thing again. Thanks guys
