We had an absolute excellent experience! Bryce, our sales rep, was fantastic! He demonstrated a great sense of urgency in getting us approved, stayed in constant contact with us through out the process and just a great salesmen all the way around, took terrific care of us. The sales manager was just as great and Brandon, the gentlemen in the finance department and went over all our paperwork was awesome as well. Overall just A service, highly recommend Billions Autu Group for your next car purchase! Fantastic warranties too and no pushy car salesmen tactics!

If I could give no stars I would. They had my sisters car in their service department for over 3 weeks in total. She was told her car was fixed after 2 weeks only to break down again after they supposedly fixed the problem. During the 2 weeks they had no idea what was actually wrong with the car and gave us the run around until we had my husband call them. Suddenly then a problem was found even with no code showing. After 5 days of the car inconsistently starting it ended up stalling for a second time. When towed there again, a new more expensive problem was found all the while refusing to refund her for a “problem” that seemed like their best guess the first time around. Best advice: Don’t be a female with car trouble. Extremely poor customer service and communication all around.

I personally had a great experience with Billion Auto Group. Keaton Koonce (the auto representative) did everything to make sure I found THE car that I wanted. He was patient with my decision making process, worked around my schedule, and made sure my son and I were happy. The whole team that I dealt with, during the whole searching/buying process, was great, the used car department, and of course the financial department guys were all friendly, nice and helpful. I left in my new car, feeling well cared for and very happy.

We wanted to purchase a very particular 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee and although Billion did not have that one in stock, Mark & Andrew searched all over the West to find us one. They presented us with choices from other dealers but the one we wanted eventually had to be ordered from the factory. We agreed on a fair price and the order was placed. Shortly thereafter the factory closed because of Covid-19. Communication with Mark was terrific throughout and we were kept apprised of the status of our order regularly. The day finally came that our Jeep had arrived and we were notified immediately to come drive it home. The paperwork process always takes longer than I'd like but we were presented with valuable warranty options that included thorough explanations and NO pressure. We left Billion with a stunning new Grand Cherokee Trailhawk with exactly the options we wanted at a fair price. If you're just shopping, or if you're ready to buy, be sure to speak to Mark Campbell. You'll be glad you did!

There’s a service man named Zach who is absolutely untrustworthy and unprofessional. I have texts of him admitting to disclosing information. Do not trust or believe what he tells you. If you ever have him working on your vehicle, ask for someone else or just take it elsewhere. Hate to bring the dealership into the situation but he represents Dodge Billion and is doing a remarkable job for giving them a bad reputation with my experience.

Zach the service advisor has lied and been dishonest to me multiple times. We have a open recall on our truck, truck was brought in in September to be fixed, Zach informed me that the parts were unavailable. I called once of month to check on the status of the parts. After five months of calling and Zach informing me there are unavailable I became frustrated as we have not been able to drive our pickup due to a leaking EGR cooler( recall VB-1). I called FCA and they informed me parts are available and could be shipped to Billon the next day. I called Zach back and he continued to be dishonest and told me they could not get the parts. I called another dealer and parts were ordered and shipped to them and the EGR is scheduled to be fixed in a week. I will not do business with Billon. A large waste of time to find out someone is being dishonest and not straight forward.

Sales staff, Mike and Amanda were great. The managers however, not great customer service and wouldn’t come out and say hello/address our concerns. Very sketch. Not somewhere I want to spend 50k. Update: bought a truck elsewhere and came in for an oil change and tire rotation and had a great experience in the service department. Justin and Craig were GREAT! Very friendly and knowledgeable.
