This is a great shop. I live in Portland, and I've bought 2 motorcycles from them. Their prices are great, excellent customer service, and they know their products inside and out. They also stock lots of the aftermarket parts you'd want or need for the bikes they sell. Their service department has also been outstanding to work with. I wish they were in Portland, but I'm more than willing to make the drive to support a good moto shop.

An awesome experience and a wonderful team. Bill's is one of the few great shops left who really cares about the customer experience. Good selection of bikes and accessories and they will bend over backwards to help. Can't say enough how great this shop is.

Bill's motorcycles has by far the best service department in Salem. Exactly what I was looking for- Brian called me and told me exactly what was wrong with my bike and as they were doing the work they called before ordering any parts, and when I came and got my 2 stroke with a new top end, after replacing the carburetor, Adam, their mechanic dialed in all the jetting. Now my bike runs perfect. I wont go anywhere else for service on our 4 bikes.
