So happy with our experience here. We booked a flight 2 weeks in advance and they were able to get us in on our anniversary. Our pilot was very knowledgeable about the area, wind currents, and landing zones. It was the perfect anniversary experience. We were able to help set up and tear down the balloon, guided by our pilot, Kirby. He was a very good teacher and that added to the excellent experience. We will certainly be back!

I went for Hot air balloon ride on July 18, 2020. I took my boyfriend Juan Carlos for his birthday as a surprise. I can tell you this was an extraordinary experience. The whole process as to inflate the balloon, getting on to the basket, getting high up in the sky, looking at the views, getting close to the ground and coming back up, then landing. All of this was super exciting. I highly recommend this place and his crew, very professional , friendly and courteous. We ended the adventure with a champagne toast. Stan the captain was super cool, thanks for the memorable time we all had.

We gifted a balloon ride for our daughter and father for a special birthday present and they enjoyed it. A downside: it was rescheduled twice due to weather conditions - but they can’t control that. Their morning flight was perfect with 12 persons in the Gondola, plus pilot... Slightly tight quarters. A great experience for them!

We scheduled a flight through a local Inn's website. Our flight was cancelled due to fog in the morning. They kept asking us to be patient, but cancelled the flight anyway. We called to reschedule and they were super nice, but wouldn't even give us the option of the evening flight because the weather didn't look good. It ended up being beautiful all evening, so I feel like we missed an opportunity. The next morning, when we did reschedule for, it was raining and lightning and the flight was cancelled again. I understand weather is a big factor, but I feel like there could be a better system on notification of cancellation or a better effort to fulfill the flight within the same day. We traveled 4 hrs for the balloon ride to be our main event, but left disappointed and feeling like opportunities were missed.

They will not call you or text you if your flight is cancelled due to weather conditions. We drove all the way there only to find out our journey wasn't happening on that day. Make sure you call! We rescheduled and it was absolutely beautiful and worth it! The views are amazing and the staff is super friendly. We highly recommend!
