The appliances here are \scratch & dent\ so as long as you know that before you go in, you should be pleased with what you find. I was able to purchase a refrigerator at half the price of what I would have paid at Home Depot or Best Buy, and that included delivery and a three year warranty. The ladies that helped me were pleasant, friendly and gave honest advice. I looked here first, then went to five other stores trying to find the best deal for what I needed, only to end up back where I started. I'm so happy with my purchase and the great customer service I received.

Where to start? I purchased a refrigerator in April and they delivered it a couple of days later. The installer not only used a power tool, a drill, to install the door handles, but he scratched the doors in the process of doing so and he installed the handles incorrectly. I contacted the store and the manager assured me he would order replacement doors, but due to the COVID situation, it would take a few weeks for the replacements to be delivered. That's understandable. May went by, no word from the store. The end of June crept near, so I contacted the store the manager said they are still on order. Today is July 2 and I've still not heard back from the store and I'm about to look into ordering the parts and installing them myself because this has gone from ridiculous to sad. If you purchase from this place, I'd just have them deliver it to the inside of your house and if you're handy, install whatever appliance yourself or get someone you know to do it.
