Beware of unsafe drivers! Truck #43 driver does not follow D.O.T. rules and regulations. He was breaking the law yesterday. He pulled out on hwy 51 yesterday around 11:00 am. He had just unloaded and failed to clean off his flat bed trailer. He crossed all the way from east side of the road to the far west lane. That is also an illegal turn. As he started picking up speed the left over debris started flying off like a dirt storm. I was in the fast lane to the left of him and debris started hitting my vehicle and my windshield. Then I heard the sound of shattered glass. I looked furiously at all my glass but didn't see anything. I did get a picture of the Truck and then drove on past to clear my vehicle from anything else falling off his truck. Unfortunately when I arrived home I found out that the sound of shattered glass had actually been my sunroof that was thankfully closed. That kept me from getting injured. I also have a dent in my roof from what fell off the truck. Truckers are required by law to clean off any debris left on their trailer to avoid damaging other vehicles or people.
