Our Sales Professional Kevin Sampson, was very helpful in deciding on this purchase. He was patient with our questions and provided professional answers. I brought my wife's Suburban in for an oil change and coolant flush. Upon dropping it off they told me it would be an hour, hour and a half tops. I returned in 1.5 hours and they said it was almost done, and then they would be washing it. I waited outside for another 30 minutes. They then old me it shouldn't be taking this long and that they would check, but no one came back. After an hour had passed, I go in and ask again and am told they just started washing it (same thing they told me an hour earlier.) No respect for my time at all. Finally got the car only to find greasy hand marks everywhere on the car, sawdust on the windshield and barely a drop of water from \washing\ the vehicle. It was dirtier than when I dropped it off nearly 3 hours before. Should have asked how much they charge for a coolant flush too... 190 (almost twice the average cost).
Blade Chevrolet is a great place to purchase a vehicle. My wife and I purchased a Nissan Titan after looking around at multiple other dealerships we found that Blade had the best offers. Ron helped us purchase and his easy going personality and smoothness made the process just that... smooth!! Sarah at the front desk was very cool to talk to. Shes got the best upbeat attitude I’ve encountered in a while. It’s easy to see they have a family atmosphere at Blade. Both Ron and Sarah are great at their jobs I’d give 10 stars if I could!!
Found Blade Chevrolet online through Carfax when we started looking for a new truck. Called to confirm that the vehicle we were looking for was still available. Aurelio assured us that it was and answer all my questions without skipping a beat. This young man knows his inventory! When we arrived he greeted us keys in hand to take a look at the truck. We test drove it and one other we were considering. Great interaction all around. Got the vehicle we needed at a great price and with wonderful service from all of the staff.
