Phone call literally lasted under 2 minutes of him speaking of how hard its been out there in the market. Once I said I wasn't able to put in at least 10,000-20,000 down like he wanted, he hung up... literally just hung up...*click* ...I couldn't even get a \sorry you don't qualify.\ Thought maybe the negative reviews are just for the needy customers that expects too much. Way too obvious that Matt Homes is only after you for the money, forget actually wanting to help out their customers. SO glad I dodged a bullet, WHEW!!!

I’ve been in my home for over 1 month am I am very satisfied with my home and buying experience and would recommend. Mat and his family were great to work with. Moving is stressful in itself. I’m very happy with my new home. I think you yourself are responsible to educate yourself on what your buying and what your paying. Also knowing good deal or bad deal. I checked out different dealers and parks. I am responsible for finale purchase decisions.
Matt’s Homes helped me along the buying process from start to finish. I’m very pleased with the results and extremely happy in my new home. They helped me get the perfect home, helped me work with lenders, insurers and the mobile home park management where the unit is located. The entire process was smooth and hassle free. Pricing was fantastic and i’m convinced after looking at other mobile home sellers and agents that they have the best values in town. Even their after sales service is some of the best I’ve seen in any industry. Matt’s Homes is family owned and operated and some of the nicest people to do business with. As such, they understand the needs of families and do their best to make sure they are met. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great value, top notch service, and above all, a great inventory of quality homes. Thanks to Matt and his family!
Told me and my 80 year old mother to “get the F out. As we were leaving, I’m using a cane and have 3 braces on my legs and feet. My mother was helping me down the stairs, no railing btw, and he grabbed me by the arm. Not only that but he called me a liar and was completely rude and uncalled for while speaking to a potential customer. No one should be spoken to like that nor treated like that. If I could rate this as a zero, I would.
