Excellent service! Mike installed our double stove quickly and expertly, even with his busy schedule. A drawer was inadvertently chipped, and he fixed this promptly and without complaint. We appreciated his help, especially since we could not find another installer who would help us. 5 stars!!!

Pitiful customer service, probably called over 300 times over the last week. AHS has been waiting on your response for 2 weeks. I have an oven that was broke, your technician came out, had my gf hold up the oven while he tried to work on it for over 30mins, said nothing he can do, that we need an electrician. Then scratched the paint off my wall putting it back in. Really hayes appliance? Oh but you can respond on here but not answer the phone? Nice!

The freezer component of my refrigerator and perhaps the refrigerated part also stopped working and food had begun to thaw as I realized the problem. Hayes Appliance said they would have someone out at 5 PM. I cancelled another possible service waiting for Hayes. At 5:15 PM Hayes calls to say they can't come out as scheduled but can come out three days later. It was too late to call someone else (was this deliberate?) and my food spoiled.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Hayes Appliance because of American Home Shield. It has been 6 months of incompetence, neglect and broken promises. My cooktop and oven are still not fixed and I refuse to have this company return to my home. I have been more than patient and polite. Now I am mad. Do yourself a favor and NEVER allow Hayes Appliance in your home.

I had been in search of a heating element for my dryer and called Hayes Appliance not realizing they were closed. However, my call was answered and I was happy to hear they had one on hand. Not only that, but they would wait for me to come get it! If that isn't great service, I don't know what is.
