Service is usually shady, not the last visit though. Love that chicken sandwich. Keep the orders small so there's no confusion.

Small jambalaya was super small. I ordered spicy tenders but got regular ones. 3 stars is only for the food zero for service
I ordered off of Uber Eats at 9:14. They accepted my order and proceed to not make my food nor cancel my order and after closure of the restaurant they did not cancel my order or contact me about the delay. I will never order from this franchise again. You think I have all night to wait for someone to not make my dinner and not cancel my order leaving me waiting? I’d strongly advise hiring new employees who can competently communicate and do their jobs properly. The Better Business Bureau is calling my name.
Went here when the one on 59 was out of chicken but not out of snarky comments. They had plenty of chicken here and were much nicer.
