I believe I’m not the only one getting outstanding service at Bloomington Subaru. I think My tech went above his Required job to explain the things that were offered in my maintenance contract, that I have never used. Since the contract will Expire soon I really appreciated his openness. Great place to have your Subaru serviced. Professional and well trained mechanics. When they tell you it will take an hour they Are true to their word. Love the place.

Maria Gutierrez was great and I would refer anyone to her. She was honest and straightforward , she ran my credit and I was in range for 0% finance through Subaru. I agreed to her terms. Came the next day to pick up my car and finish the paperwork. The finance guy Nate Black changed everything said I only qualified for 1.9%, not bad but he took advantage of me being a woman of age and by myself. This is the third car I have bought from them and I will never go back.

Much better experience that the last time I was there. We were in and out in about 20 minutes for our warrantied piston replacement and re ring! Big time work covered by Acura so thank you. The only thing I was disappointed by is when we dropped our MDX off they didnt have another one to give us for a rental so we were downgraded to the RDX. Sti nice but was hoping to try the new MDX as it wi probably be our next car purchase.

Transaction went smoothly. The car we wanted to test drive was ready upon arrival and looked and drove as described. The car was clean and the necessary repairs to make the car drivable and safe had all been made before the car was listed. The purchase process was straight forward and timely. I would definitely buy from this dealer again.
