Since signing up for services with Blue Crystal Pool Services we have had nothing but frustration and difficulty. The pool techs have not shown up and I refuse to leave our gate unlocked unless I have someone scheduled to be here. The owner says he can’t afford secretarial staff to let us know the schedule has changed. The owner has told me we are their only unsatisfied customers (out of 200 pools) because we continue to have algae in our pool and do not leave our gate unlocked for days at a time. He, the owner, put some new chemical in the pool and increased our rates to 180/mo-which didn’t work. According to him we are the only pool In the area to have flying ant problems. We have checked on Nextdoor and find many people dealing with this issue. The pool is a joy; this company-for us-is not.
