I have visited this dealership and it was a very confusing experience, let me elaborate; At first, I talked with the salesman over the phone about a specific motorcycle advertised on many web platforms and the salesman told me that I come down to a dealership to try this on. In reality - the bike was not ready for the ride and sale - as I was told the bike is under manufacture recall and needs to be fixed, so nor the test ride or \take-home\ after-sale options weren't available..., So why to drug potential customers to the dealership? I'd say - this is totally disrespectful to customers, who spending time (money). Also unprofessional sales force - when I got back from the test ride (I convinced them to let me test similar bike to one I intended to purchase) and started to share my feelings about that ride, for example, I complained about the heat coming out of the engine directly to my feet, when I was riding wearing protected boots. So this funny guy told me that \here in Texas we riding in sneakers and without helmets\... - great safety advertising motorcycle dealership!!! Not sure I want to deal with them now and in the future, also offers for trade-in was way out of proportion - completely lowball.

Bought my First Motorcycle here. Shane from sales was very kind, helpful and he explained all features of bike, got me a good deal and was helpful even after I purchased, whenever I call him for any questions. The parts department is best too !!! Haven't done any service yet. Beware :-- Being Not a US citizen, I asked several times before running the credit, as whether we need to be a US Citizen to apply for BMW Financial. The Salesman said, No ! Not Necessary and all, and after applying for Finance, they came back telling that I need to be US Citizen of Permanent Resident. !!! Two Hard Checks on my Report :-( Request Salesman to be Aware of this.

I bought a Dream Bike from this Place. I recently took a trip on this Dream Bike. The bike was having some problems while on the trip I stopped at two “BMW” Dealerships and was turned away because there’re sales were open but not the service department. I was a long way from home and no help. I finally got close enough to go to take it to BMW FW . They promptly went to work on the Bike the whole store appeared to work together to repair and service it and I was on my way home which is 340 miles from this good bunch of people. I will ride to BMW FORT WORTH or take my bikes to them Thanks Fort Worth BMW
