BMW was recommended by a neighbor and the experience dealing with them has been great. A thoroughly inspection of my situation and needs followed by a comprehensive estimate and quick hassle free install of 2 backup sump alternating switch systems. Mike got back to me quickly on all my questions I feel like I am in great hands with these guys for all my future plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

No hot water in kitchen. Frozen pipe found and thawed out. 350 seemed a bit excessive for a non-emergency call. 1 hour service call.

I woke up to my cable equipment in a pool of water. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from so I called BMW. It was the Sunday after Christmas. BMW was willing to come find the problem but said that I could save money by figuring out where the leak was & delaying it til Monday AM. Mike guided me through what to look for and I was able to find the cause and not use it. They called early Monday & a plumber was at my home before 8AM. He verified the problem and fixed it !
