It was an overall amazing experience, I had an amazing time riding there electric mountain bikes. The owner is very upbeat and it makes the experience better. They also have a very nice selection of cycling equipment along with skating supplies. I would highly suggest trying out the mountain bikes, they completely change your experience when riding. But fair warning, they my be a little difficult at first if your not used to riding. Overall you'll have a great time! (Here's some pictures from the mountain trail he* recommended) The owner*

Great, Fast Service! Had a small issue with the bike and they came withing literal minutes with a replacement bike! Had an amazing time on the bikes we had! They recommended trails to take and gave us a full breakdown on the bikes. Answered any question we had! Will be using them any time I come to Ruidoso!

Drove in from Austin Texas to Ruidoso with my wife. We got up in the morning, and grabbed some bikes from Board House. From the minute we walked in the crew was super helpful. After we rented our bikes, the owner loaded them up and we followed him to the trails. If you venture to Ruidoso make sure stop in to get the great service and experience we did. Cheers

As soon as my family and I walked into the shop we were immediately greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. I needed to rent snowboarding gear and Blake made sure to quickly accommodate me. He picked out the perfect boots, snowboard, and helmet for me and made sure I was comfortable with everything. (Btw they have high-end good quality gear for a great price!) The whole process was fast. I've been to many other shops with friendly costumer service, but Blake went out of his way to make sure I had the best experience. He educated me on everything I needed to know, and answered all of my questions with generosity and a smile! The employees here take their job serious and are extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely be coming back anytime I need to rent snowboarding gear. Thank you Blake for being so AWESOME!! I highly recommend Board House!

Shane and Blake were awesome to do deal with. They have very new and well maintained equipment and a vast knowledge of all their products. I look forward to coming in the summer and renting some mountain bikes as well. The other board shops don’t even come close on quality of equipment for both kids and adults. My daughter loved her board from this place way more than the previous place we rented from. Boots were better, bindings were better, board was better, and they gave her the same quality service and attention to details that they would give an expert rider. Board House is the only place I will be renting from in Ruidoso now! After trying out one of their Never Summer boards, I was convinced I wanted one and they got me all set up with the bindings wax and all! Thanks guys!

The Board House is awesome! Thank you so much for helping us with our snowboards. Blake is always willing to help and answer all of our questions and he's super friendly to work with! The owner is also very friendly and professional and the whole staff is amazing! If you're into mountain biking they have a huge selection of awesome mountain bikes and an extensive amount of gear for all seasons! If you are looking for the newest most up-to-date technology in snowboards or mountain bikes, this is the place to go! Their rentals are awesome and they're the newest boards and bikes on the mountain!
