I can’t share this enough! Vws for life! I will only purchase from bob baker. I was missing a spare key Nathan and all the guys up front were more than welcome to help me. They set me up in minutes and getting my spare key on the way. Not to mention will in service always on the best vibes when helping me out with the service of car! Thanks bob baker family!

Workin For a Livin

UPDATE: READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH Be careful with this dealership if you are buying a used vehicle. We drove across town for a Subaru Outback and it was sold when we arrived. They are disorganized and do not have the processes in place to know what they do and do not have available. I suggest calling before you leave and again in the middle of your trip because they will not contact you to let you know what is happening. The woman I had been working with all day via text was gone before we arrived and we were not given another point of contact. Like I mentioned earlier this dealership has poor processes in place to assist its customers and they don't really care that you are inconvenienced. They did try to show us other vehicles and were kind, but made no offer to accommodate us for their mistake and the other vehicles were not equal to what we went to purchase. Good luck, you will need it. UPDATE: I did not call the dealership back. It took them a full week to respond to my review and at that point the car was gone. This is the type of problem that should have been handled immediately. As mentioned previously there are problems with the way the business is run. If it takes this amount of time to respond to an unhappy customer ( A full week), then the business is built on volume and not customer satisfaction. One unhappy customer isn't important to them. Just hope that you are not the one.
