I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. They immediately responded to my online request for information. My salesperson was great to work with and what I appreciated the most was he was not pushing me faster than what I wanted to go through in the purchasing process. I enjoyed my experience and would definitely go there again!

Jon Ricketts was awesome to work with and I will absolutely be back when the time is right for a brand new or used vehicle again...

Everyone at the dealership was awesome. Steve Rice was the sales person we dealt with. He was super nice and made everything so easy. I highly recommend Bob Grimm Chevrolet. It was worth the drive.

This was my first visit ever to any Bob Grimm dealership; I brought my Chevy pickup in for service. The experience was outstanding start to finish. Each person I engaged with was friendly, professional and competent, clearly possessed of an attitude I'd describe as \Let's get your car concerns resolved and let's get you back on the road\. I also noticed an authentic collegiality in and among the folks in the service department - it was obvious they liked working with one another. This spirit of cooperation gives me, the customer, a strong feeling of faith in the collective ability of the service department to get things done, and done right.

Second review as I need to update the repairs on the lemon I was sold. Was just told that the engine needs to be completely over hauled for another bill of 5,000. GM is helping with the bill this time but not because the original dealer, Bob Grimm, did anything about it. I am at another very good dealer in Minnesota. My cost in addition to the 5K I have already spent is 3K. To review they sold me a car with painted over rust, a bad transmission and now an engine that made it all of 80,000 miles after I purchased the car. If they are as reputable as they like to appear they should not have purchased this car at auction without doing the due diligence. Buyer beware.
