Not happy with the services, brought a car from them in the summer of 2020 and was told they'd reimburse us for the first inspection and till this day I never received my reimbursement. Contacted the salesman few times and the dealership, but no response. Also there was an issue with the locks when we purchased the car, which we told them the very next day, and they told us they weren't going to cover it because we didn't identify it right there on the lot.

Robinson service was fast, efficient and thorough. Tyler Roberts is an excellent mechanic and I would highly recommend his expertise. All the personnel I encountered were very courteous and friendly.

I recently purchased a Cadillac CT6 from Bob Robinson, my complaint is not with the sale or process of the sale which was fine. My complaint is with the service. The CT6 I purchased has a well known transmission issue, it shifts so bad it will give you whiplash, they dont have a transmission tech so I was sent to St Clairsville Whitesides who rubber stamp the normal \ unable to replicate complaint\ a 60,000 car should not shift like that. Im willing to trade it in at this point which is sad. Feel free to contact me. Ive known the Robinsons for a long time and so have my inlaws, I truly hope they either fix this issue, buy it back if it cant be fixed, or at least get me out of this vehicle with a good trade in value. I truly hope someone reaches out to me and changes the way I view this once in my eyes respected business.

They will not honor their lifetime power train warranty. I bought two vehicles from them, but will not buy another there. When we bought the vehicle we were only told that we needed to have oil changes done there. Nothing was said about tire rotations. Went 8 times for oil changes before anyone said anything about having to have tires rotated there too. So now that the engine is blown in my car they won’t replace it because I didn’t have the tires rotated. Make sure you know all the stipulations for the warranty before you buy. Even the tow truck driver said he is not surprised they are having to tow my car back to my house because they never honor their warranty.
