Found this quaint restaurant after being unable to eat at a place we originally were going to. What a pleasant surprise, the food was out standing the atmosphere was homey and waitstaff attentive. Back to the food, everything from the cornbread to the cookies were homemade and it showed in the deliciousness. Definitely going back when in the area. And the other place? I'm all set!

The food was good and well cooked. I had the broiled chicken with broccoli, squash, mac and cheese and seasoned carrots. Prices reasonable, though, it is always cheaper to do yourself, if you have the time. Service was good and friendly. Update: Thanksgiving 2020; No one wanted to cook so I ordered meals online a week before Thanksgiving. They were ready Thanksgiving day. Friendly service. Short wait due to Bob's running out of gravy. No one rioted. They offered coffee for those waiting. Food was good. Turkey was moist. Gravy was a little runny. Sides we ordered were dill glazed carrots, mac and cheese , sausage stuffing and desserts were slices of apple, pumpkin and chocolate walnut pie. The chocolate walnut pie had pieces of chocolate chips in it. Desserts were good. Cornbread and cranberry sauce included. Prices, 16.99, were reasonable. Update: Saturday evening , December 2020; They honer Entertainment coupons! I ordered a Chickpea Cheddar Burger and a Grilled chicken sandwich to go. Large portion of cole slaw. Both were good! Friendly service. Update: Saturday evening , February 2021; I received an email coupon from Bob's. I ordered the Turkey Meatloaf with mac and cheese , steamed broccoli and turkey bacon gravy. Enjoyable meal. Came with cornbread.

Bob is a master at cooking chicken. The wings are fantastic. No beer on tap but they do have bottles, and home made pies! There is more than chicken to eat, and I didn't see anything boiled on the menu.

Juiciest chicken breast I ever had! Cornbread is very good too. This place also sell local soda, which doesn’t have high fructose syrup. This place is definitely underrated.
